Instructions for using the DTF Order Assistant
Fees and Taxes
All prices are shown in EURO, with the applicable VAT rates and taxes in accordance with current law, which are included in the final price presented.
Delivery and Shipping Costs
Orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 3 business days after payment confirmation. Compliance with the aforementioned deadline may be altered in the event of exceptional and unforeseen circumstances. We only proceed with dispatching the order after full payment of the price of the ordered products, as well as shipping costs.
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout. Orders over €300 will have free delivery for national territory.
Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel an order while it is being processed. Cancellation requests should be sent via message to dtf.post@hotmail.com.
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges and Refunds
Due to the customized nature of the product and the inability to resell it to another customer, we only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at dtf.post@hotmail.com to process the exchange, and if approved, send the item to: Pq Industrial Tamel São Veríssimo Sec 2 Pav 6, 4750-734, Barcelos.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
