Instructions for sending the DTF design file

• Create a layout 56 centimeters wide and a maximum length of 2 meters per layout to avoid making the file too heavy. In this layout, you can include all your designs to maximize sheet usage and inform the number of repetitions to be printed from the layout.
• Please note that all colors presented in the file will be printed, including white backgrounds. Therefore, ensure you only send the colors to be printed using transparency.
• Check the quality of the images and their resolution. We recommend images with at least 300dpi for good colors and cutouts.
• Avoid sending lines or dots less than 0.5 millimeters. In the printing process, we are forced to shrink the base by about 0.2 millimeters, meaning details smaller than 0.5 millimeters will not be transferred to the item.
• Always check the file before sending. Although we perform a preliminary check of the file before printing, we do not guarantee the detection of defects such as poorly cropped images, low resolution, or incorrect colors.
• Preferably send your file in CMYK color mode to avoid color changes due to conversions during printing.
• You can send your files in Ai, PSD, and PDF formats. If the file is too large and cannot be uploaded to our website, please send it via WeTransfer to the email: dtf.post@hotmail.com, mentioning the order number in the subject.
• Even with high quality, this technique has limitations for designs with transparencies. Make sure you send files with strong cutouts and solid colors.
